Worker (LICSW), and hold a masters degree in Social Work from Arizona
State University - Tempe, Arizona, 1988.

Since 1988, I have continuously provided counseling and psychotherapy,
both in private practice and in the following institutions:

o St. Cabrini/Swedish Hospital Addiction Recovery Program - Seattle, WA
o Harborview Hospital - Seattle WA
